“Chateau Aznauri” is the resort complex, which is situated in the vineyards of Kakheti village Eniseli, next to the church Gremi. Complex consists of:

Restaurant: For 40 persons with excellent Kakhetian dishes. The restaurant hosts banquets, wine evenings with tastings of Georgian wines of our own production, master classes of our restaurant chef in baking Shoti bread in traditional Georgian oven-bakery, as well as preparation of authentic Georgian barbeque.

Boutique-Hotel for Special Guests - The hotel has three rooms, each in a different, unique style, combining rooms with one common hotel room with a fireplace, where you can unwind and relax from the urban routine, taste the best wines and cognac from our cellar.

Cellar - We make wine using traditional Georgian methods in the earthenware jars Qvevri. The pre-cooked wine is boiled for several months at ground temperature. We have 14 Qvevris with a total capacity of 25 tons in our basement. During harvest, winemakers use the best grapes from our vineyards and then control the entire fermentation process specifically for the preparation of the best wine for you.
