Winery and storehouse
Winery " Georgian wine House " was founded in 1996 in the city of Gori in the central part of Georgia. It is located generally on the north bank of Mtkvari, where the big Liakhvi falling into Mtkvari. In the central Georgia - Gori is the second large city after Tbilisi.
Famous Kakhetian long-livers see the natural reason of their health in nutritional value of the wine Saperavi, made in accordance of classical technologies of winemaking. The Kakhetian wines are distinguished by high body, original taste and belong to the category of wines which names are controlled by origin.
We pay much attention to use of the most modern technologies and following to traditional methods of winemaking. For us is very important to keep ecological purity of a product therefore we don't use pesticides and other fertilizers.
In our company products quality control system is entered at all production phases: acceptance of grapes, processing, filtering and pouring. The laboratory of the winery is equipped with the modern equipment and proud of the specialists of the highest rank. In 2014 " Georgian wine House " purchased completely automated Italian line of pouring of wines using the innovative tangential filter with ceramic membranes. Such equipment allows to reduce costs of production and to keep high quality of a product. After such filtering the product can go directly to pouring to bottles. Today there are three production lines in our company:
- A manual production line of wine in ceramic bottles with volume of 0,5 l; 0,7 l; 0,75 l; 1,5 l with average productiveness - 6000 bottles in day.
- The automatic production line of wine in glass bottles with volume of 0,7 l and 0,75 l, with average productiveness - 3600 bottles in an hour.
- The automatic production line of wine and brandy in glass bottles of 0,5 l, 0,7 l, 0,75 l, with average productiveness - 1200 bottles in an hour.
We performed a traditional Georgian wine bottling plant indigenous grape varieties: KINDZMARAULI, Akhasheni, Tsinandali, Khvanchkara, Mukuzani, Saperavi, Alazani Valley, Ojaleshi, house wine, varietals, Goruli green and Georgian brandy.
